Due to the fact that the stretch under scrutiny has not been sufficiently studied, we suggest two possibilities:
The first proposes to exit from Vannes to the North, following the Roman road Vannes-Corseul for a few kilometres to Talara en Plaudren and then, with a link road to the West, reach another Roman road Angers-Carhaix.
The other possibility is to exit from Vannes to the West following the Roman road Vannes-Quimper until Lochrist and then from there proceed directly to Carhaix.
In this study we included the Vannes-Carhaix road merely to locate the unique roman granite quarry, found in Locuon by the scholar Marcel Tuarze, used by the civitas of Carhaix.
